Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. As our products are digital (PDF downloads), they are considered “used” once downloaded or accessed.

1. General No-Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be “returned” once downloaded, all sales of our PDFs are generally final and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, previews, or sample content (if available) before completing your purchase.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

While sales are generally final, we do offer refunds or alternative resolutions under specific, limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same PDF multiple times, please contact us within 24-48 hours of the duplicate purchase. We will refund the duplicate transaction(s).
  • Corrupted or Unusable File: If the PDF file you download is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened/accessed due to a technical error on our part, please notify us immediately within [7 days of your purchase. We will first attempt to provide you with a working copy of the file. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, a full refund will be issued.
  • Significant Misrepresentation: If the PDF product you receive is fundamentally different from what was advertised in its description (e.g., completely different content than promised, missing key sections that were explicitly stated to be included). This does not apply to minor formatting differences or subjective interpretations. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with clear evidence of the misrepresentation.

    • Attach any relevant screenshots or evidence that support your claim.

We will review your request and typically respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (e.g., Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, Card payment).
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind after download.
  • Inability to open the file due to your software or device incompatibility (it is your responsibility to ensure you have compatible software like a PDF reader).
  • Misunderstanding the product’s content if the description was accurate.
  • Minor formatting or stylistic preferences.
  • Purchases made more than the specified number of days ago for the respective exception.
